This week, I moved into my new townhouse in Gainesville!
I grew up around quite the fashionista and interior decorator (shoutout to my mom!), so I have always loved decorating. Moving is a pain, but redecorating is so much fun. I have thousands of ideas pinned on Pinterest, and I love seeing some of my ideas come to fruition.
I'm OBSESSED with how my room came out, so I thought I'd do a little room tour and breakdown where I bought most of my stuff. I really wanted to keep it clean, simple and cozy.
Let's start with my bed! I love a good white duvet – I just feel like white is perfect for a bedspread and allows you to do so much in the room. While I'm not a fan of too many pillows on the bed (since I rarely make my bed), I do love some pops of color.

My favorite part of my room has to be above my bed. I did this flower wall last year and loved it, so I used it again this year.
I was DYING to get a "Hello Gorgeous" neon sign, and my sweet sister bought one for me! It adds so much character to the room. I LOVE it!

Personally, I think a good gallery wall can make a room come alive. Last year, I had a smaller gallery, so I wanted to expand it. I added prints I bought at an art show in Asheville, North Carolina, and more pictures.

I also chose to keep my desk clean and simple. If I actually use it to do my homework this year, it won't be too busy and distracting.

At first, I was so conflicted on what to do with this big, empty wall to the left of my entrance door. I didn't want the walls to feel too cluttered and the doors to swing open and knock off/block anything on the walls.

Then, I had an ah-hah moment – a big, stand up mirror! I found the PERFECT mirror to go with the gray tones in the base boards and doors. May I add, this is literally the most flattering mirror I have ever seen myself in. That pretty much makes it the best purchase ever.
I also bought the softest carpet of all time that just brings the whole look and feel of my room together. I could seriously sleep on that thing.

The biggest upgrade in my new townhouse? My OWN bathroom!!! Thank you, Jesus!
I stuck with the gold, black, white and blush theme of my room. I really love how bright my bathroom is and how it all came together. May I add that my mom was right when it came to buying a gold candle to match (thanks mom).

Circle mirrors → Target

There it is folks – my new digs! I love how it all came out. Now it's time to finish up our kitchen and living room downstairs, and we'll be all settled in.
Big shoutout to my mom and dad for helping me move in – you're the bomb!!! ♡
Also, HomeGoods and Target, can I be your sponsor????
